General Studio Policies
We’re dedicated to creating a focused and friendly environment for all dancers. Here’s a quick guide to our studio policies, designed to ensure a positive experience and help every dancer feel safe, supported, and ready to grow.
1. What should my dancer wear to the studio?
Dancers should wear a cover-up when coming to and leaving the studio for their safety and comfort. Each class has specific dress code requirements, so check our Dress Code section for more details.
2. Who is allowed on the dance floors?
For everyone’s safety, only dancers are permitted on the dance floors. This policy helps us create a focused learning environment.
3. Can I observe my child’s dance class?
We offer our families the opportunity to watch class from anywhere using our free service (Spot TV). Details and registration for this service will be provided upon registration. This service is not for public viewing.
4. What time should I drop off and pick up my dancer?
Please ensure that your dancer arrives on time and is picked up promptly after class. This allows us to stay on schedule and close the studio on time.
1. What should I do if I need to pick up my child early or speak with an instructor?
Please call the office if you need to pick up your child early or would like to speak with an instructor. Our staff will assist you in arranging this smoothly.
2. What if my child is sick or can’t make it to class?
We ask that dancers only miss class due to illness. Regular attendance is essential for steady progress, so if your child needs to miss class, please notify the studio in advance.
1. Is food or drink allowed inside the studio?
To maintain a clean environment, food and drinks are not allowed in the studios or lobby. The studio kitchen is reserved for staff use only.
Fee Schedule & Payment FAQs
We aim to keep things straightforward with clear tuition plans and flexible payment options. Here’s what you need to know about fees, family account options, and payment timing so you can focus on what matters most: your dancer’s journey with us.
1. Can I combine accounts if I have more than one child enrolled?
Yes, immediate family members can be combined on one dance account for convenient billing.
2. Is there an enrollment fee?
Yes, there is a yearly enrollment fee of $35 per student. This fee does not apply to session-based classes.
1. How are tuition fees structured?
Tuition is based on an annual fee divided into 10 equal monthly payments. We don’t adjust for holidays, and we don’t charge more for months with five weeks.
2. When are the first and last month’s payments due?
The first and last (June 25) months’ tuition is due prior to the first class. For session-based classes, payment is required upon registration.
1. What happens if a class has fewer than six students?
In classes with fewer than six students, class time may be shortened. For example, a 55-minute class with five students might be reduced to 40 minutes, though the 55-minute rate still applies.
